We are Hualong EOE (short for 'Jieyang City Hualong Easy Open End Co., Ltd'), a well-known EOE professional manufacturer from China, and committed to become the leading manufacturer of manufacturing the tinplate, TFS and aluminum easy open end. Our factory is located in Jieyang City, Guangdong Province.
Q2: When does your company established?
Hualong EOE was incorporated in 2004. Up to 2022, Hualong EOE was devoted to the production of easy open end products with nearly over 18 years' experience.
Q3: What level of production capacity do you have?
Hualong EOE’s annual production capacity has surpassed approximately 4 billion pieces of EOEs, which has large enough to satisfy most client’s demand both domestic and abroad.
Q4: What kind of easy open end do you offer?
Hualong EOE is mainly concentrated on manufacturing round shape easy-open-ends. Our products are suitable for packaging 2-pieces can and 3-pieces can, size range from 200# to 603#, with more than 180 kinds of products. We can also offer different lacquers and the relevant printing service to our clients according to their special requirements.
Q5: What kind of relevant production certification do you have?
Hualong EOE have acquired ISO9001 Quality System Certification and FSSC 22000 Food Safety System Certification, and both certificates are valid from 2022 to 2025.
Q6: What kind of production equipment do you have?
Hualong EOE puts the emphasis on quality, because we know that clearly that manufacturer can hardly make high-quality product without the advanced equipment. Now we’ve 20 automatic production lines, which includes 8 sets of imported AMERICAN MINSTER high-speed production lines with range from 3 lanes to 6 lanes high-speed system, and 2 sets of imported GERMAN SCHULER high speed production lines with range from 3 lanes to 4 lanes high-speed system, and 10 sets of base lid making machines.
