PRODUCTION TEAM. We’re engaging in the production of Easy Open End products over 18 years, our team has experienced exporting job, and we can meet customer’s needs timely, and provide customized solutions for each customer.
PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES. Thanks to the advanced imported production facilities and our experienced team, nowadays Hualong EOE’s production ability can reach over 4 billion pieces of easy open ends per year.
PRODUCTION FACILITY. Equipped with 20 fully advanced automatic facilities in the workshop, Hualong EOE owns 10 advanced 100% imported high speed fully automated line and 10 sets of base lid making lines. Imported production lines including 8 sets of MINSTER from USA, and 2 sets of SCHULER from Germany.
PRODUCTION CERTIFICATION. In order to earn more customer’s trust in the global market, Hualong EOE has qualified with the ISO9001 international quality system certification and the Food Safety System Certification FSSC 22000 (both expiry date from 2022 to 2025).
